Samson Maritime is dedicated to providing a safe, efficient, pollution free work environment for all employees and customers. All operational practices will be carried out safely while maintaining the following objectives,
All personnel on Samson Maritime owned or operated vessels shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations at all times.
All personnel shall understand local waste disposal requirements and adhere to these requirements at all times.
Establish safeguards against any risks identified by Samson Maritime personnel or our customer.
Constantly monitor and review its environmental performance to ensure continual improvement and maintenance of consistently high standards.
All personnel to adhere to all Samson Maritime procedures with a focus on continual improvement of personal skills and understanding company philosophy.
Maintain proper records of Bunkers, Waste Disposal, Drills and any Occurrence of Incident in the vessel log.
Encourage concern and respect for the environment among all personnel and ensure that all are aware of their responsibilities in relation to environmental protection.
In the event that an incident has occurred, Environmental or otherwise the Managers shall be contacted immediately.
This environmental policy applies to all Samson Maritime vessels and is for the benefit of all Company employees, contractors and clients who use its vessels and are expected to operate in an environmentally responsible manner, and act in accordance with this policy at all times.
